Job summary

GXO Northampton is recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives at our new Savers site in Swan Valley. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching, on a 40-hour week with a 14:00–22:00 shift pattern.

Role involves goods-in/out, stock control, and using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). We provide training, benefits, and career development through GXO University.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced operational or warehouse environment is advantageous but full training is provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support goods-in, goods-out and stock control using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick and prepare stock safely and accurately for health, beauty, household and retail products.
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity, service and accuracy targets in a fast-paced distribution centre.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace following Health & Safety procedures and SOPs.
