• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven track record in people management and team motivation.

• Capability to forecast staffing and plan rotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a warehouse night shift and drive productivity.
• Forecast staff requirements and manage rotas and annual leave.
• Oversee all warehouse processes, including labelling and sortation.
• Deliver clear handover reports between shifts.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
