Job summary

Fowler Welch, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to ensure safe, efficient operation of the site and drive performance across goods in/out, labour planning, and stock control.

Reporting to the Senior General Manager, you will lead shift supervisors, manage KPI performance, liaise with customers, and champion health and safety, continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in warehouse operations and leadership roles.
• Experience with stock and warehouse management systems.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Experience in FMCG environments and customer-led operations.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient warehouse operation and site functions.
• Lead shift supervisors and ensure staff, equipment, and information availability.
• Manage KPI performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate labour and equipment plans by shift and workload.
• Liaise with customers and attend interface meetings.
