Dx is seeking an on-site Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities, including warehousing, traffic, and admin. You will lead a team, deputise for the Contract/Operations Manager when required, and ensure KPIs for the contract are achieved while escalating issues promptly.

The role requires previous logistics or distribution experience and a focus on safe, efficient operations, stock control, and customer service excellence.

Competenze

• Previous experience in the logistics or distribution industry.

Mansioni

• Supervise day-to-day on-site operations, including people management, warehousing, traffic and admin.
• Deputise for Contract / Operations Manager as required.
• Ensure contracts service centre KPIs are met and escalate issues as needed.
• Plan and coordinate incoming goods, storage and dispatch to meet KPIs.
• Ensure warehouse activities follow the Operations Manual and service centre instructions.
• Manage resources to stay cost efficient and effective.
• Oversee loading/unloading of vehicles and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain stock accuracy, space allocation and handling non-conforming product.
• Uphold high quality of product and service standards for the customer.
