Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for its Erith site (DA18 4AF). This full-time role supports the smooth running of the warehouse with admin tasks to meet customer requirements promptly.

The position offers a salary of £31,500 plus a £1,872 night shift allowance. Working hours are 22:00–06:30, Monday evening to Saturday morning, contributing to our Southeast operations and site development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer reports accurately and on time.
• Enter data into the system and update records.
• Follow escalation processes promptly.
• Assist with route planning and ensure routes are closed correctly.
• Ensure goods are received, picked, and despatched accurately per SLAs.
• Maintain 5S compliance (Sort, Straighten, Sanitise, Standardise, Sustain).
