Job summary

Gate Gourmet in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader (Nights) to manage night-time rosters and flight servicing from 06:30 to 18:30 in a 4-on/4-off pattern. The role includes coordinating teams and vehicles, ensuring on-time service, and upselling a safe, efficient operation with in-house training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role leading teams.
• Valid HGV CAT C driving licence (up to 3 points considered).
• Digital tachograph knowledge and card.

Responsibilities

• Assign teams and vehicles to flight activity and manage movements to meet daily plan.
• Prioritise and adjust activities to ensure on-time service for night and day flights.
• Plan rosters for transport teams (day and night) and coordinate airside food uplifts.
• Hold daily briefings, report KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Maintain health and safety, food safety, and Daft compliance across operations.
