Job summary

InPost Newstrade seeks a dedicated Nights Transport Supervisor to oversee the delivery network, drive safety and efficiency across operations, and lead a drivers team through night shifts.

You will ensure on-time deliveries, manage incidents, and uphold health and safety standards while coordinating with stakeholders to optimise routes and resources. This role requires strong leadership and a proactive, safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transport teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong people-management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of transport regulations and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations and the delivery network.
• Lead and develop the transport team to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Monitor drivers hours compliance and safety using Microlise.
• Coordinate with drivers and stakeholders to optimise scheduling and routing.
• Provide 24/7 incident support during system failures and safeguard service levels.
• Maintain fleet compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
