PSM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Nights) to manage time-critical freight across Europe and worldwide. You will work with the Team Leader to ensure best practice and understand European driving regulations relevant to transport planning.

The role operates from Dover on a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour night shift (7:00pm–7:00am). Salary is DOE, with benefits to support a high-calibre logistics team.

Qualifications

• Logistics experience is desirable.
• Additional languages advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with Team Leader to ensure best practice.
• Have a good understanding of European driving regulations and bans, and the impact they may have on transport planning.
• Escalate delays in transport and identified problems to the Team Leader, provide options for a resolution to allow effective communication with the client.
• Work closely with our supplier management team to highlight any gaps in carrier coverage & maintain excellent relationships with our carriers.
• Ensure carrier non-conformances are recorded and escalated as per the agreed quality process.
