Job summary

Creative Support is seeking passionate Crisis & Recovery Workers for a night-time service in Liverpool City Centre. You will support individuals in mental health crisis with practical and emotional help, operating from 6pm daily.

A warm, person-centred approach is essential in a high-stress setting, with opportunities for progression within a values-led framework. Applicants should have experience with mental health needs and a clean driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental health needs is essential.
• A clean driving licence and access to a car is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users in or facing a mental health crisis.
• Help service users gain independence and confidence.
• Work with service users in a recovery-focused manner aligned with support and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals to deliver a coordinated service.
