Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ recent experience in a relevant setting with direct or transferable skills.
• Strong commitment to person-centred and values-based care.
• Compassionate, reliable and emotionally aware.

• Communicate effectively with service users, families, and professionals.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and willing to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs.
• Promote independence by supporting daily living skills (ADLs) such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships that empower service users to make informed choices.
• Support individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies and positive home environments.
• Enable access to education, employment, and community opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and multi-agency partners.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality records in line with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and emotional resilience.
