Elevate Supported Living is seeking a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker in Uttoxeter to provide person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs. You’ll promote independence, help with daily living skills, and build trusting relationships with service users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs

• Support individuals to maintain safe, stable tenancies and positive home environments
• Enable access to education, employment, and community opportunities
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and multi‑agency partners
• Maintain accurate, high‑quality records in line with regulatory and organisational standards
• Act as a positive role model, demonstrating professionalism and emotional resilience

The Role

As a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker, you will:

• Deliver person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs

Shift Pattern

• Part‑time (24 hours) available

Typical shifts include:

• Hours between 08:00 - 20:00

About You
