Elevate is recruiting a Therapeutic Adult Support Worker for shifts including nights in Uttoxeter. You will deliver tailored, person-centred support and help service users achieve independence, build confidence, and access education, employment and community opportunities.

Formación

• Six months experience in a relevant setting or transferable skills
• Strong commitment to person-centred and values-based care
• Compassionate, reliable and emotionally aware
• Accountable and professional in practice
• Effective communication with service users, families and professionals
• Adaptable, resilient and eager to learn

Responsabilidades

• Deliver person-centred, therapeutic support tailored to individual needs
• Promote independence by supporting daily living skills (ADLs)
• Build trusting relationships empowering service users to make informed choices
• Support safe, stable tenancies and positive home environments
• Enable access to education, employment and community opportunities
• Collaborate with families, professionals and multi-agency partners
• Maintain accurate records in line with standards
• Act as a positive role model with professionalism and emotional resilience
