Job summary

moto is hiring for a Night Team Member in Lancaster. You’ll work 11pm–7am (Fri–Sun) at the Lancaster Services rest stop, serving BP fuels and Greggs products while upholding our brand standards and delivering great customer service.

The role offers weekly pay, discretionary bonus potential, substantial colleague discounts across partner brands, and enhanced benefits including sick pay and life assurance, plus development opportunities and funded qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to maximise product availability.
• Ensuring workspace, store and forecourt are clean and welcoming.
• Working with colleagues to deliver teamwork and a sense of togetherness.
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience worth returning for.
• Helping prepare the store for the following day.

Shifts: 11pm - 7am, Friday - Sunday night
