Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a Night Team Member for The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection by Best Western in Thatcham. You will work the late shift, welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and ensure the hotel runs smoothly while guests sleep.

You will assist with night audits and nightly reports, respond to guest requests, and maintain a clean, secure lobby. A friendly, reliable team player with a calm demeanor is essential for a successful night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience on night shifts in hospitality or similar.
• Strong attention to night audits and nightly reporting.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Perform night audits and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Answer guest inquiries and fulfill requests during the night shift.
• Keep lobby and public areas clean and welcoming for the morning shift.
• Coordinate handover to the early morning team for a smooth start.
