Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management operates The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection by Best Western, in Maidenhead. We are seeking a night team member to keep the hotel running smoothly while guests rest, greeting late arrivals and handling check-ins/outs with a calm, friendly approach.

You will manage night audits, end-of-day reports, and guest requests, while ensuring the lobby and public areas remain welcoming for a seamless morning handover.

Qualifications

• Natural night owl comfortable with late hours.
• Friendly, welcoming service even at 3 a.m.
• Good with numbers and nightly audits.
• Reliable, calm under pressure and able to handle guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests, manage check-ins/outs, and ensure smooth operations during the night.
• Handle night audits and prepare end-of-day reports for the morning team.
• Attend to guest requests, room service needs, and bring comfort during night hours.
• Keep lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for a fresh start in the morning.
• Monitor safety and security with regular checks and hand over to the early shift.

• Welcome late‑arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and everything in between.
• Handle night audits and end‑of‑day reports, keeping things organised and ready for the morning crew.
• Be the go‑to for any guest requests during the night, whether it’s room service or an extra pillow, bringing comfort even in the wee hours.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, setting up the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks, making sure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.
• Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift, so everyone’s ready to take on the day.
