RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Night Team Member for Our Hotel in Epsom. You will greet guests, manage late check-ins and check-outs, and ensure smooth night operations with audits and guest requests handled promptly.

The role requires a calm, energetic approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work through the night while maintaining high service standards. Benefits and flexible options available.

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a smile and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports for the morning team.
• Be the go-to for guest requests during the night, from room service to extra items.
• Keep lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming for a fresh start.
• Monitor safety and security with regular checks for a peaceful stay.
• Coordinate with early shift to hand off smoothly.

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised and ready for the morning crew.
• Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, whether it’s room service or an extra pillow, bringing comfort even in the wee hours.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, setting up the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks, making sure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.
• Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift, so everyone’s ready to take on the day.
