Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Night Team Member to join our hotel in a busy night shift. You will welcome late-arriving guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle night audits while keeping the public areas tidy and safe for guests.

Your calm, friendly attitude and attention to detail will ensure a smooth overnight operation. Responsibilities include assisting guests, responding to requests, and coordinating with the morning team for a seamless handover.

Qualifications

• A natural night owl who's comfortable working through the late hours.
• Friendly and welcoming, ready to offer service with a smile—even at 3 a.m.
• Good with numbers and detail-oriented, especially for nightly audits and reports.
• Reliable and calm under pressure, able to manage guest needs.
• Team player who can work independently, enabling a smooth morning shift.
• High energy and adaptability for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised for the morning team.
• Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, from room service to extra pillows.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, ready for the morning rush.
• Monitor safety and security with regular checks to ensure a peaceful night.
• Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift.
