Job description

Contract type: Permanent, Full-time- 42 hours per week (average)12 hourshifts

Work Pattern: Nights - working on rolling rota of 3 consecutive nights on and 3 consecutive nights off (8pm to 8am).

We are recruiting forNight Team Leaderto join the team.

Joining us as aNight Team Leaderyou will be working as part of a dedicated team. You will plan,monitorand deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity,independenceand choice are met. You will also lead, supervise,monitorand evaluate the care delivered to resident’s, checking legal requirements are met along with thehigh levelsexpected within the care home.

We are looking for a care professional withgood experienceof working in older peoples care servicesandleading a team.

With good knowledge and understanding of the ‘Care Certificate’,you will also hold an NVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care (or be working towards it).

To succeed in this role, you will needgreat communicationand interpersonal skills, so that you can form great relationships with your clients and colleagues. Numeracyand digital skills arerequiredalong with the ability to problem solve and adapt to situations. With a compassionate nature and a positive can-do attitude, you will be able to supervise your peers and take the initiative.
