We're looking for a kind, compassionate, and resilient Night Support Worker to join our Learning Disabilities service in Tower Hamlets.

GBP28,808.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

Night Support Workers enable individuals with specific needs to manage tenancies and live independently. Responsibilities include ensuring service continuity at night, safeguarding customers and the premises.
This is a 3-month fixed-term contract.
The shift pattern is 10 x 8-hour shifts per fortnight, including every other weekend.

What you'll do:

• Build supportive, trusting relationships with customers and create a positive environment
• Collaborate with team members to handle caseloads and administrative tasks
• Conduct engaging key work sessions to meet Support Plan goals
• Assess and manage risks with a positive risk-taking approach
• Support daily living activities, including budgeting, cooking, and establishing routines
• Assist with maintaining a healthy environment and personal hygiene
• Support medication administration and manage incident reports
• Handle customer referrals, assessments, and paperwork
