Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare is beneficial but not required as full training is provided.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts and be part of an empathetic, hardworking team.

• Encourage and support people with evening activities and provide physical and emotional support during the night.
• Help ensure safety and a good night's sleep for those you support; promote independence where possible.
