Job summary

The Beeches, operated by Cygnet Group, is a residential care home for residents with learning disabilities, autism and related needs in the UK. The role is full-time night shifts (7:30pm–8:00am), averaging 43 hours per week, with 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

You’ll deliver compassionate care, provide physical and emotional support, and help residents maintain independence in a safe, respectful environment. We welcome applicants including unpaid carers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required.
