SENAD Group's Aran Hall School in the United Kingdom is seeking night support workers to join our growing team. You will provide night-time care and support for children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

We operate 52 weeks and offer full induction, regular training, paid holidays, a generous pension, and an Enhanced DBS requirement. Previous experience is beneficial but training is provided; every other weekend off.

Formación

• Experience in residential care is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake training and induction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide night-time care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities.
• Ensure safety and welfare in accordance with policies and procedures during night shifts.
• Work with a team of professionals and attend regular training sessions.
