Job summary

Rowden House School, part of the SENAD Group, is seeking night-time Support Workers to care for residential pupils aged 11–19 with severe learning difficulties. You will work on a two‑week rolling rota from 21:45 to 07:45, totalling 35 hours per week, with duties including safety, paperwork, personal care and training development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a residential setting.
• Experience with severe learning difficulties/challenging behaviour.
• Experience in personal care and hygiene of residents.
• Own transport due to rural location.

Responsibilities
