Job summary

Priory Eastrop House, Chequers Rd, Basingstoke RG21 7PY, is recruiting a Night Support Worker on a full-time 40-hour week with waking nights. The role offers £13.75 per hour and requires access to full-time night shifts in a residential setting.

The service supports 11 adults with varied needs, located in Eastrop House, Basingstoke. Applicants should have access to a vehicle and be committed to person-centred care, safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent or higher.
• GCSE or NVQ2 in English and Maths. Training within six months to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks, supporting individual care plans.
• Update person centred support plans, charts and daily notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Follow policies to ensure safety, confidentiality and welfare.

Education
