Shaftesbury Horizons is recruiting for a Night Bank Enabling Support Worker to provide compassionate support to residents. The role involves following the person-centred support plan, offering encouragement, and maintaining accurate records.

The service operates overnight with potential sleep-in duties and an additional £60 per sleep-in. Based in Poole, Dorset, Horizons serves young adults with complex needs in a residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in compassionate care and ability to follow person-centred plans.
• Ability to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Willingness to administer personal care and medication if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and the support plan.
• Maintain accurate records at work as required by the service.
• Cover sleep-in sessions with pay of £60 per sleep-in when applicable.
