Job summary

Hollybank Trust in Mirfield (WF14) is recruiting experienced Night Support Workers to join our dedicated teams. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, typically 12.5-hour night shifts, and a pay rate of £13.61 per hour plus enhanced rates for Bank Holidays and overtime.

You will support children and adults with complex disabilities and healthcare needs, delivering person-centred care with a compassionate and professional approach.

About You

• Have previous experience working in a UK care home, residential care setting, supported living service, or similar care environment

• Work well both independently and as part of a team
• Are committed to delivering high-quality care and support

Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy.

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
