We Change Lives (WCL) operates 3L Chapel in Winsford, delivering round-the-clock nursing care for adults with acquired brain injuries and complex needs.

As a Support Worker you’ll provide personal care, behavioural support, and help residents stay as independent as possible, with full training on the job and clear pathways for progression and benefits such as a welcome bonus and flexible earning options.
