Job summary

The Old Vicarage, a specialist residential service in the UK, is seeking a confident Nights Support Worker to provide 40 hours per week of night shifts and compassionate care for adults with learning disabilities. You will support individuals with complex needs, emphasise independence and safety, and work as part of a dedicated team to promote community integration.

A DBS check is required at offer stage, and you will receive regular coaching and supervision.

• Experience in residential care or learning disabilities

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for residents
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help accordingly
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
• Safeguard residents and maintain a safe environment
