Job summary

Poplars Night Support Worker position at Hollybank Trust in Mirfield (WF14) offers full-time night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am with an hourly rate of £13.61, plus enhanced rates for bank holidays and overtime. You will provide person-centred care, help residents maintain dignity, monitor wellbeing and complete records as part of a supportive team.

No two nights are the same as you help adults with learning and physical disabilities live fulfilling lives in a vibrant home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is helpful but not essential.
• Attitude, values and willingness to learn are prioritised.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care and support.
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice.
• Supporting with personal care where required.
• Monitoring wellbeing and carrying out regular checks.
• Completing records and reports accurately.
