Job summary

Hollybank Trust is seeking a Night Senior Support Worker for Holly Court in Mirfield. The role offers two contracts: a 25-hour part-time night shift and a 37.5-hour full-time day/evening pattern, with an hourly rate of £15.61 and enhanced rates for overtime and Bank Holidays.

You will lead and support colleagues during night shifts, provide person-centred care to adults with complex needs, administer medication, and keep accurate records while promoting independence and safety in a caring

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or complex needs.
• Experience in a senior or lead support role, or the ambition to step into one.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Caring, professional and positive approach.
• Good organisational and record-keeping abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
