Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker or in a care-related role.
• Background in mental health, complex needs or behavioural support.
• Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

• Use de-escalation and physical intervention safely and professionally where required.
• Promote independence, dignity and choice in daily life.
