Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking dedicated Night Support Workers to help residents gain independence and improve daily living during night hours. You will work within a supportive team to encourage socialisation, life skills, and community access, with flexible shifts and a focus on person-centered care.

Experience with Positive Behaviour Support is valued, and you’ll join a sector-leading organisation offering training, progression, and DBS/reference checks as standard.

Qualifications

• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Ability to support individuals with autism, mental health conditions.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on night support to improve independence and quality of life.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Encourage residents to access local communities and participate in activities.
• Support with leisure, socialising and routine life goals.
