Job summary

Acuity Care Group is seeking a compassionate female Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Warrington, supporting a 36-year-old woman with complex clinical needs, including tracheostomy, PEG and ventilator care. The role involves 12-hour night shifts (8:00pm–8:00am) on a 1:1 basis, building trust through companionship and reassurance.

Applicants should have experience with complex care or be willing to learn the required clinical tasks; full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with complex physical and clinical needs (preferred but not essential)
• Willingness to learn tracheostomy, PEG, and ventilator care (full training provided)
• A kind, patient, and person-centred approach
• Ability to understand and respond to non-verbal communication.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Comfortable providing reassurance, companionship, and supporting bedtime routines
• Able to follow care plans and work as part of a dedicated team.
