Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking proactive Support Workers to join our waking nights team in residential services across Central and Northern locations. You’ll help autistic adults live as independently as possible, promote health and well-being, and provide flexible, compassionate support throughout the night.

We offer comprehensive training, a supportive team, DBS checks covered, career progression opportunities, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Passion for helping autistic adults and a positive attitude.
• Waking night shifts from 22:00 to 08:00; 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

Responsibilities

• Support autistic people to live as independently as possible and promote health and well-being.
• Provide flexible support during night hours.
• Build trusting rapport with residents.
