Job summary

Priory Fairhome, 1 & 3 Fairy Rd, Wrexham LL13 7PR, is seeking a part-time Support Worker for night shifts (7.45pm–8am) on a fixed-term contract of 9 months. The role is 23 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £13.45.

You will join a compassionate team supporting 23 adults with a range of needs, providing personal care, daily living assistance and adherence to care plans, with training and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Communication and personal interaction are key; ability to support people with challenging behaviour.
• Experience of working in a related environment is desirable.
• Teamwork and a compassionate approach are important in supporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Update care plans, charts and daily notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Follow policies to ensure safety, security and confidentiality.
