Acuity Care Group in Totnes is seeking a compassionate Night Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a young gentleman living independently in his own flat.

This role covers overnight shifts 21:00–09:00, with 24-36 nights available. You will support daily living, mobility and wellbeing, requiring a full UK driving licence and a person-centred approach to promote dignity, independence and quality of life. Training funded, with progression opportunities and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience supporting people with physical disabilities or complex care needs.
• Person-centred approach that promotes independence and choice.
• Strong communication skills to build positive relationships.
• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach to support.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in varied situations.
• Understanding of dignity, respect and professional boundaries.

Responsabilités
