Night Support Worker – Ty Enfys – Treorchy
Hourly Rate: £12.60 to £12.80 per hour
Full Time: 40.25 hours per week (waking nights)

You’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape this new service, laying the foundations for a calm, safe, and supportive environment during the night. Whether you're an experienced support worker or new to care, we welcome applications from both internal colleagues and new local applicants.
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing, safety, and comfort of our residents overnight. You’ll provide reassurance, support with nighttime routines, and respond calmly to any needs that arise during the night. Your presence will help maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure a smooth handover to the day team.
