Job summary

Cygnet Health Care Limited is seeking a confident Night Support Worker for The Fields in Sheffield, offering 42 hours per week across night shifts (20:00–08:00). The role focuses on delivering outstanding care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs within a specialist residential setting.

You will be part of a supportive team, promoting person-centred care, dignity and independence. The position includes DBS checks and opportunities for learning and progression within the Cygnet

We find out their strengths, abilities and preferences so that the care provided can be as person-centred and meaningful to each individual as possible.
