Martham House in Redhill is seeking a Night Support Worker to join an inclusive, compassionate team. You will deliver care to residents with intellectual disabilities or autism who may display challenging behaviours, while upholding a culture of kindness and teamwork.
The role offers permanent, full-time employment with night shifts from 9pm to 7.30am (4 on, 4 off) and a range of development opportunities to help you grow within Elysium Healthcare.

Your day-to-day will include providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

This is permanent, full-time position, 36.75 hours a week, night shifts, 9pm-7.30am, 4on, 4off.

Martham House is situated in Redhill, Surrey and provideten en-suite bedrooms, two lounges, a dining room anda large garden. There is an excellent range of communityfacilities and amenities close by including an activitycomplex that houses bowling, cinema, rock climbing,arcades and golf.
Martham House provides a specialist residentialservice for all gender identities who have anintellectual disability, or who are autistic, and havebehaviours which, due to their diagnosis may beof concern/distress. As well as supporting individuals who have an intellectualdisability or who are autistic, we are specialists in workingwith additional complex needs including: Epilepsy, ADHD, Cerebral palsy, Self-injurious behaviours, Prader-Willi syndrome, Individuals who may have limited hearing or sight, Individuals with mobility issues who may requirea wheelchair can also be considered for the service.
The service is staffed 24 hours a day by a dedicated team ofSupport Workers, led by an experienced Registered Manager
