Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a Night Support Worker for our Children and Young People's residential home, The Old Vicarage, Swinderby, near Lincoln. You will work a 2 week fixed rota, 19:30 to 07:30, supporting young people with complex needs and contributing to their daily care and safety.

You will join a dedicated staff team, help with practical tasks, build positive relationships, and participate in recreational events within the home and wider community.

Responsibilities

• Working with all levels of the Staff Team to safeguard our young people at all time.
• Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events held within the home and wider community.
• Assisting with practical matters relating to care (cooking, cleaning etc.)
• Creating positive relationships with the young people and offering them unconditional dignity and respect.
• Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people.
• Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
• Ensuring that the needs of the young person are being met and reviewing and recording changes to those needs.
• Actively contributing to the development of the team

NIGHT SUPPORT WORKER – CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE - SWINDERBY

Due to continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for Night Support Workers to join our well-established team at our Children and Young People's residential home, The Old Vicarage, Swinderby, just outside of Lincoln. Working a 2 week fixed rota Week1(M,T,F,S,S) and Week2(W,Th). Hours of work are from 19:30pm to 07:30am. Our approach.
