Job summary

Cygnet Clynsaer in Cynghordy near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire, is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our 24-hour service. This full-time night role covers 12-hour shifts in a residential setting, delivering compassionate, person-centred support.

No care experience is required as we provide comprehensive induction training. We offer a generous welcome bonus and a referral bonus, plus benefits and ongoing development.

We are currently looking for Night Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Clynsaer, a specialist residential service set in the beautiful Welsh countryside near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire.

Please note: due to current sponsorship allocation limitations, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

New starter bonus: £1,000 payable upon successful completion of probation. Current employees can also receive a £500 refer-a-friend bonus when their referral successfully passes probation.

Salary: £13.90 per hour

About The Role

This is a full-time Support Worker position working within a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week service. You will be working night shifts which will be 12 hours.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve their goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
