Job summary

Turning Point UK in Keighley, United Kingdom, is seeking a Night Support Worker for a 20-hour per week role at Rix House. You will support individuals with learning disabilities and autism, including personal care, meals, mobility and medication management.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to promote independence and community activity, with training offered after probation and a pro-rata benefits package. This role is part time and not sponsoring visa applications.

Qualifications

• Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Must hold the Care Certificate or a diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Be resilient, patient and understanding; have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting personal hygiene needs.
• Assisting in home and community activities and tried new ones.
• Supporting with eating, drinking, and daily medications.
• Collaborating with specialists and family as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
