Job summary

Primark Leeds White Rose is hiring a Night Manager to lead store operations overnight, ensuring stock readiness for the next day and coordinating with daytime management.

You'll oversee deliveries, pricing changes, and stock accuracy while guiding a team of Night Retail Assistants. The role offers a fixed-term contract, a strong people culture, and opportunities for development with Primark’s learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee replenishment to ensure the store is ready for the next day.

• Keep the store stocked, tidy and report stock issues as they arise.
• Allocate tasks to Night Retail Assistants, develop skills and keep them motivated.
• Utilize digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways to grow in a supportive environment.
