Job summary

Primark Leicester City Centre Night Manager position overseeing replenishment, deliveries and day-management coordination to ensure the store is ready for the next day. You will lead and motivate a team of Night Retail Assistants, driving stock accuracy and customer readiness.

• Allocate tasks to Night Retail Assistants, develop skills and keep them motivated.
• Drive development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
