ASDA Inverness (Slackbuie) is seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead the night team, maintain peak store conditions, and ensure compliance and safety while the store operates around the clock. You will drive nightly trading activities, manage deliveries, and coordinate with day teams for a smooth handover.

As part of the leadership team, you will oversee a 4-night-7 shift pattern including weekends, providing guidance, coaching, and development to colleagues while prioritising customer

Qualifications

• Plan and execute all night trading activity to ensure timely deliveries and minimize waste.
• Lead and coach night staff to maintain high shop-floor standards with selling focus.
• Ensure shopfloor ready for handover to day team with promotions in place.
• Develop talent, drive resilience, and foster ownership within the night team.
