Job summary

Asda Hessle is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and keep the store running while the world sleeps. You’ll ensure the best availability and highest shop floor standards across all departments, maintaining safety and legality for customers and colleagues.

You’ll roll a 4-night-6 schedule (4 nights over 7 with weekend work) and oversee operations as the store is open 24 hours. Competitive benefits accompany a rewarding leadership role.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute night shift trading activities to ensure delivery is date rotated and waste and returns are managed.
• Lead and coach night colleagues to deliver high shopfloor standards.
• Ensure shopfloor is ready for handover to day team with promotions and layouts.
