Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is recruiting for a Night Replenishment, Supermarket Assistant in Ely. You will support stock replenishment and online order fulfilment while working varied night hours. The role offers a night premium and a chance to be part of the Waitrose team serving food lovers with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
• Experience of working in a customer facing role is welcomed.
• Up to date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns approaching sell-by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support checkout, Click & Collect, on-demand orders and more.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
