Job summary

Join Waitrose as a Part-time Supermarket Assistant in Flitwick. Provide friendly, partner-led service and help keep shelves stocked, online orders fulfilled, and customers supported during evening and night shifts.

You'll work up to 24 hours per week between 20:00 and 06:00, with at least two shifts and weekend coverage. The John Lewis Partnership culture emphasizes service, teamwork and flexible hours where possible.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - keeping shelves full and in the right place for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver to customers' doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns on sell-by dates.
• Working with the wider shop team to support when needed including checkout support, Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
