The Menu Partners Ltd is seeking a meticulous Stock Controller to manage daily fresh-stock counts, ensure data accuracy, and support procurement with timely reports.

You will collaborate with Operations to minimise shortages, perform racking accuracy checks, and locate stock quickly, using Excel to record and analyse trends. This role requires strong organisation and clear communication.

Competenze

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in stock counts.
• Experience with MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and teamwork in a warehouse environment.

Mansioni

• Daily stock counts for fresh stock with structured spreadsheet recording.
• Verify products in racking against system data and correct discrepancies.
• Produce product-date reports for Operations and Procurement using spreadsheets.
• Analyse stock trends to identify shortages and take proactive action.
• Collaborate with Operations to minimise customer shortages and ensure smooth supply flow.
• Assist Operations in locating stock within the warehouse quickly and efficiently.
• Escalate stock or system issues to the Stock/Operations Manager promptly.
• Source and purchase stock from the night market when required.
