Choice Care Group is seeking a Night Social Care Worker for Ridgeway House in Swindon. The role involves shift work and weekends on a rota, with extensive training provided and a clear career path from day one.
You will support residents with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, helping with daily living, activities and transport as required, while following care plans and policies. A patient, reliable, flexible team player is ideal.

Ridgeway House in Swindon supports up to eight men and women of various ages with mental health conditions and associated complex needs. Ridgeway has a very large rear garden with a separate activities building. The home also has its own transport for local travel, visits and outings. Everyone living at Ridgeway House has a bespoke support plan, based on their personal preferences, likes and dislikes and goals. Staff aim to support each person to develop self-confidence and day-to-day living skills, with the aim of moving on to a more independent lifestyle.
